2025 Recruitent process
Our recruitment and selection process consists of several stages. Firstly, we conduct a thorough evaluation of candidates' backgrounds. The top 10 candidates from this initial assessment move on to the second stage, where they undergo a case evaluation and team-based tasks. Finally, we proceed with the selection process. Depending on the nature of the position, the entire recruitment process may be conducted either in person or virtually. This flexibility allows us to accommodate candidates regardless of their location or circumstances.
Important requirement for the following positions: Data Entry, Aeronautical Representative and Quality Control, please be aware that these roles need availability to travel globally. Our operations often require personnel to be on-site at various locations around the world. This means that, if selected for any of these positions, you must be prepared to travel internationally on short notice as part of your job responsibilities.
